The Romanian partner in the project is the Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, which implements the pilot project for Călărași County, an area located in the lower Danube region. Călărași stands out for its lush wetland landscapes, featuring numerous protected lakes and forests, as well as for its intangible heritage, which has been preserved since ancient times and is promoted during local events.
